Canon

Everything Changes

Jack introduces new recruit Gwen Cooper to Torchwood. This includes Ianto Jones, who he says, "Looks good in a suit." Ianto jokes about that being harassment.

Cyberwoman

During a battle with Ianto's old girlfriend Lisa, who became a Cyberman during the fall of Torchwood One, Ianto is knocked unconscious. Jack gives Ianto mouth to mouth, despite Ianto keeping her existence a secret.

They Keep Killing Suzie

After fighting Suzie Costello, Ianto mentions to Jack in a sexual context that there are "Lots of things that you can do with a stopwatch." Jack responds by mentioning that he'll send the others home early and that Ianto should meet him at his office in ten minutes.

End of Days

After Jack is revived from his fight with Abaddon, he and Ianto hug, before Jack pulls in Ianto for a kiss.

Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang

After a long absence, Jack returns to Torchwood. While talking with the team, he mentions, "I came back for you", to Ianto. Later, Jack asks Ianto out on a date while the two are searching an office building. Ianto accepts, as long as it's not in an office.

To the Last Man

Ianto asks Jack if he would go back to his own time if he could. In response, Jack asks Ianto if he would miss him to which Ianto replies yes. Ianto later leans into Jack and they kiss passionately.

Adrift

While trying to solve the mystery of Jonahs' disappearance, Gwen walks in on Jack and Ianto having sex. Jack later reveals that the two were previously engaging in "naked hide-and-seek."
